We’d love for you to share your
insights with us if you feel so inclined. If not, won’t you take a few
minutes alone (or with a friend) to answer this question and/or to look
back through the Psalms and reread a favorite chapter that God used to
minister to you?
As each series comes to a close I have conflicting emotions. One emotion is relief that we made it through and that we can have a respite from all the work and time it takes to do a series. But, I also feel sad to see it end too. The community here, during this series, has been uplifting, encouraging and refreshing. I hope that doesn’t end!
In order to celebrate the end of this series, Jennifer Kostick, who posted on Day #4 is giving away a copy of her brand new book Nothing to Hold but Hope. I just purchased her book myself and will be reading it and then reviewing it later this summer. But, if you want to win your own copy of this book, enter below:
You can enter today through midnight on Monday, July 7th. One winner will be announced here on the blog on Tuesday, July 8th.
We will also be announcing the winner of the Echoes of my Heart album. All Deep Breaths blog subscribers (by email) are eligible for this giveaway. If you aren’t a subscriber yet, you can still become one, before Tuesday July 7th, and be entered into this drawing (see the “Follow by email” box at the top right sidebar).
Thank you again for being a wonderful community that uplifts one another and desires to grow with the Lord. I am so grateful for you.
With Joy,
Katie
Psalm 145:21 “My mouth will speak in praise of the LORD. Let every creature praise his holy name for ever and ever.”

I enjoyed all of them, but the "what if" Psalm 124 encouraged me as I am struggling with a unusual disease, that makes breathing difficult and after 9 months doctors are still having a hard time getting to the cause of the breathing, so "Deep Breaths" is the summary of my struggle and was a true blessing when I needed it.
